Job summary

Aspis LLC seeks a Level 1 AV Service Technician to provide onsite AV and video teleconference support at a secure federal campus in Kansas City. This entry‑level role covers setup, live meeting support, and first‑line troubleshooting for senior leaders, Mon–Fri 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. This is a full‑time, onsite position, not remote.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a DOE clearance; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with AV/VTC systems and conference-room equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair AV/VTC equipment and support live meetings.
• Strong customer-service orientation and clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create conference bridges within Cisco Call Manager and initiate VTC calls.
• Troubleshoot VTC connectivity issues and provide break-fix so meetings start on time.
• Provide daily onsite meeting support and presenter assistance in conference rooms and large venues.
• Notify users when a room is inoperable and log tickets from the ticketing system.
