TEKsystems in Cambridge, MA seeks an AV Onsite Technician to deliver white-glove audiovisual support across conference rooms and collaboration spaces. You will be the primary contact for end users, ensuring systems are fully functional and well-supported, with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

The role involves coordinating with internal and external resources, performing preventative maintenance, and documenting actions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Audio Visual (AV) systems in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for AV hardware, software, and conferencing technologies.
• Experience with Crestron systems and Biamp audio technologies.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite AV support for tenants and end users across conference rooms, meeting spaces, and collaboration environments.
• Assist with meeting planning, room setup, testing, and meeting kickoffs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on AV equipment to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to audiovisual systems.
• Support technologies including Crestron control systems, Biamp audio solutions, and other AV platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external technical resources to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor meeting room functionality and proactively address potential concerns before they impact users.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible and approachable presence throughout the campus.
• Document issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities as needed.
