Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite Support Technician to partner with customers and teams to deliver a world-class service experience at customer sites. The role involves setup/breakdown of conference spaces, routine maintenance, and on-site support for AV systems.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel and work after hours is required as AVI-SPL serves multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and work after hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Setup and breakdown of conference spaces to meet event needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on customer spaces.
• Provide on-site support for networked devices and AV equipment.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to reflect AVI-SPL values.
• Adhere to local safety standards and document job-site activities.
