Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Software Integration Engineer to serve as the technical presence at a major automotive customer’s development site. You will integrate and validate our E/E platform software on test benches and development vehicles, supporting each delivery through to acceptance.

This role combines hands-on integration and analysis with direct customer engagement. You will work on-site, communicate clearly with the customer and distributed internal teams, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in embedded or automotive software integration, validation or development.
• Hands-on debugging on real hardware and test benches with logs and lab instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench and vehicle integration on site, including flashing, board bring-up, power mode testing, and debugging CAN/CAN-FD, SOME/IP and Automotive Ethernet.
• Triaging findings: reproduce, isolate, and document logs for engineering action.
• Own defects through to resolution and update the customer on status.
• Support milestone deliveries on site via smoke testing, release validation and test execution.
• Lead technical sessions with customer engineers across software, hardware and validation.
• Document bench configurations and integration steps for knowledge transfer.
• Provide structured written updates to distributed engineering teams.
• Build deep understanding of system architecture and network interactions.
