Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a Software Integration Engineer to serve as the technical presence at a major automotive customer's development site. You will integrate and validate our E/E platform software on test benches and development vehicles, collaborating with the customer's engineering teams and internal groups.

This on-site role combines hands-on integration with direct customer engagement. You should work independently on site and clearly communicate issues, status, and milestones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in embedded or automotive software integration, validation or development.
• Knowledge of body, ADAS and infotainment domains.
• Hands-on debugging on hardware/test benches with logs and traces.
• Experience with embedded operating systems such as Linux, QNX or Android Automotive.
• Experience with CI/CD and release processes on large software projects.
• Strong written communication for engineers and stakeholders.
• Willingness to be based on customer site and travel.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench and vehicle integration on site including flashing and CAN/SOME/IP/Automotive Ethernet.
• Reproduce issues, isolate source, and document with logs for engineering analysis.
• Own defects through to resolution and update the customer on status.
• Support milestones with smoke tests, release validation and test execution.
• Lead technical sessions with the customer's domain engineers across software, hardware and validation.
• Document bench configurations and integration steps for knowledge transfer.
• Provide structured written updates to distributed engineering teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of system architecture and how software, hardware and vehicle networks interact.
