Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Consumer Affairs Call Center Agent to support Nissan customers in Murfreesboro, TN. This is a 100% onsite role with a starting wage of $24 per hour and the potential for a quarterly bonus up to $1,500. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with 8-hour shifts starting between 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years customer service experience, automotive preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in automotive industry with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Patience, professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Flexible for shift rotations with advance notice.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, mail, and surveys.
• Resolve vehicle concerns, dealership complaints, warranty and service contract questions.
• Explain service campaigns, recalls, vehicle operation, and warranty policies.
• Document customer concerns, conversations, and follow-up actions.
• Follow up with customers, dealerships, and regional personnel per procedures.
• Review goodwill requests and communicate decisions per Nissan policies.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections with dealer specialists; update case documentation.
• Research and document buyback requests per Dispute Resolution Team procedures.
• Use available resources to address inquiries within policies and legal requirements.
• Participate in coaching sessions and meet quality and case-management goals.
