Job summary

Intone Networks Inc. is seeking a Network Security Analyst I to monitor and protect our information systems at in-person Austin, TX operations. You will triage alerts, investigate incidents, and coordinate response with SOC teams.

The role requires 5+ years in cybersecurity operations, strong knowledge of SIEM/EDR, and experience with threat intelligence and incident response frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in cybersecurity operations.
• Experience triaging security alerts and documenting investigations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and incident response processes.
• Knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and cloud security platforms.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and analyze cybersecurity alerts from SIEM/EDR/IDS/IPS.
• Investigate security events to determine severity, scope, and risk.
• Escalate confirmed threats to Incident Response or SOC teams per procedures.
• Document investigations and response actions in case management systems.
• Assist with containment, eradication, and recovery efforts and coordinate with technical teams.
