This position involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include risk oversight, troubleshooting operational issues, and providing coaching on best practices. Onsite work is required four days a week.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in commercial/syndicated loan closing, booking, or servicing.
• Strong comprehension of loan documentation and closing mechanics.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
