Job summary

Regions is seeking a Corporate Banking Group Loan Fulfillment Analyst in Hoover, AL to own end-to-end closing, funding, and booking of complex facilities. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a clean handoff to life-of-loan servicing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5 years of commercial/syndicated loan closing, booking, or servicing experience.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation, closing mechanics, and coordinating with external counsel.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, flood, insurance) and agency workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end closing, funding, and booking of complex credit facilities.
• Partner with Coverage, Underwriting, Agency Loan Services, Legal, and external counsel to ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the control point that issues Clear to Close and drives timely funding and boarding.
• Provide real-time coaching on documentation, funding mechanics, and policy interpretation.
• Review and validate complex work including booking setups, exceptions, and funding packages.
• Approve work requiring elevated judgment including document exceptions and high-risk operational decisions.
• Monitor data quality, compliance requirements, and risk indicators across assigned deals.
