Job summary

Concentra is seeking an Athletic Trainer for an onsite PRN role in Lewisburg, OH. The position involves providing healthcare support at an onsite clinic, with a schedule that may vary Monday–Friday 7AM–3PM as needed.

Responsibilities include injury assessment, treatment, return-to-work coordination, and collaboration with the client’s HR for RTW planning. Requires current First Aid/ CPR and an accredited degree.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.
• 1 year of onsite athletic trainer experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and assess injuries per orders and protocols.
• Refer injured workers to clinicians for optimum care.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies per standing orders.
• Assist in workers’ compensation case management and RTW.
• Collaborate with HR on return to work plans.
• Prepare and present rehab and injury-prevention programs.
• Maintain patient care records and reports.
