Job summary

Concentra seeks an experienced PRN Athletic Trainer to support an on-site occupational health program in Fairless Hills, PA. You will promote employee health, manage injuries, and assist with return-to-work processes in a dynamic site-based setting.

The role involves evening coverage (4PM–12AM) with occasional first-shift coverage; you will work with Health and Safety leaders to enhance workforce safety and wellness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in athletic training from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
• 1 year of experience or more in athletic trainer services.
• State-specific regulations may apply to treatment and testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic first aid for musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal injuries.
• Identify, evaluate and refer injured associates for appropriate care.
• Support on-site medical emergencies following standing orders.
• Coordinate Workers' Compensation case management and RTW efforts.
• Collaborate with client HR and management on RTW job placement and safety initiatives.
• Develop and deliver injury prevention programs and ergonomic training.
