Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for an Assistant Project Manager for a 12+ month contract in Vancouver, WA (Onsite). The role leads cross-functional teams on substation, transmission, and telecom projects from inception through closeout, ensuring schedule, cost, and risk controls are in place.

Travel 10% is possible and PMP/PE preferred. The position pays $55-$60/hour with a benefits package including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience in utility transmission projects (either T-Line or substation).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or related field from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to execute substation, transmission line, and telecom projects from inception through design and construction to closeout.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently with varying sizes and voltages.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs to achieve in-service date and budget.
• Interface with clients and provide regular status reporting and executive updates.
