As the Assistant Community Manager, you play a key role in the successful operation of Seaview Village Apartments, a 133-unit affordable housing community. In partnership with the Community Manager, youare responsible forsupporting daily property operations, providing exceptional resident service,maintainingcompliance with affordable housing program requirements, and contributing to a safe, welcoming, and well-managed community.
This position requires professionalism, strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service while upholding Logan Property Management's standards, policies, and values.
$23 - $26 an hour
