Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, revenue recognition, accruals, and fixed assets.
• Support audits, tax compliance, and internal control initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and streamline accounting workflows across the organization.
• Provide oversight for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, collections, and customer credit management.
