Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required or preferred.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Proven analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Experience with accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily accounting operations including general ledger, payables/receivables, and payroll.
Support month-end and year-end close processes for timely reporting.
Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial data and support budgeting.
Participate in audits and assist with documentation and reporting.
