Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks an IT Asset Management Specialist to track hardware and software assets from procurement through retirement. You will maintain CMDB data, enforce lifecycle policies, and support audits while coordinating with the Brentwood, MO depot and O'Fallon, MO data center teams.

The role requires experience with ITSM, ServiceNow, and asset repositories, plus the ability to work onsite with occasional cross-location travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field; 2–4 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ITSM and ServiceNow tools; licensing agreements for software; IT Service Management processes.

Responsibilities

• Track hardware assets and software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor contracts and lifecycle policies.
• Maintain CMDB and asset management tools with accurate data and relationships.
• Provide KPI metrics and reporting on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.
• Manage asset identification schemes, CI attributes, versioning, and dependencies in asset tools.
