Job summary

K&M Manufacturing Co. in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support production and assembly for our brand products. Responsibilities include shipping, packing, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• High mechanical aptitude.
• Solid understanding of process and efficiencies.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Speak, write, and read English.
• Able to accurately pick orders with alpha-numeric characters.
• General computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assembles product per specifications and ensures quality during production.
• Operates equipment and tools to aid assembly.
• Efficiently and thoroughly pack products to minimize damage.
• Operates forklift or pallet jack to move product and report discrepancies.
• Performs cycle counts and coordinates production schedules.
• Maintains inventory control and supports equipment upkeep.
• Keeps supervisor informed of important developments and issues.
• Attends training as directed by GNE.
