Warehouse/Assembly Technician – Full-Time – Direct-Hire Opportunity – Onsite in Minnetonka, MNWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Assembly Technician to support both assembly and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work history and demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions and established procedures.Prior strong and consistent warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or industrial experience is required. This position will primarily focus on assembly while also providing support to shipping and warehouse operations as needed.Job DetailsDirect-hire; Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM100% Onsite in Minnetonka, MNPay Range: $19-$22/hour, depending on experience and skill levelPrimarily focused on assembly with flexibility to support warehouse and shipping operationsKey ResponsibilitiesAssemble components and finished products according to work instructions, technical drawings, and quality standards.Operate hand tools, mechanical equipment, and drill presses safely and accurately.Perform soldering, crimping, shrink tubing, marking, and other value-added assembly functions.Read and follow technical/CAD drawings and detailed work instructions.Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy.Process outgoing shipments using UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers, and other freight services.Receive, inspect, and properly stock incoming materials and inventory.Load and unload materials, including lifting up to 75 pounds as required.Maintain accurate inventory and keep workstations, shelves, pallet areas, and shipping areas clean and organized.Flex between assembly, warehouse, and shipping responsibilities while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and attention to detail.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, production, or related industrial experience required.Experience preparing shipments and working with UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers, and other freight services.High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.Strong and consistent employment historyAbility to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 75 pounds.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.Comfortable using hand tools and mechanical equipment.Forklift certification required within 90 days of hire.APPLY NOW!Please click Apply to submit your application.
