E-Therapy in Aurora, IL is seeking an Onsite ASL Interpreter for the 26/27 school year to support deaf or hard of hearing students. The role requires fluency in ASL and accurate interpretation in educational settings.

The interpreter will provide real-time interpretation between spoken English and ASL in classrooms, meetings, and events, collaborate with teachers and staff, and uphold confidentiality and professional standards under IDEA and ADA guidelines.

Competenze

• Associate's OR Bachelor's degree in ASL Interpretation, Deaf Studies, or related field.
• NIC certification or EIPA score 3.5+ or equivalent.
• Proficiency in ASL and English.
• Understanding of educational settings and special education laws.
