Job summary

International Executive Service Corps is seeking an on-site Sign Language Interpreter to provide high quality American Sign Language interpreting at various customer locations in the Detroit area. Interpreters must be fluent in ASL and spoken English and adhere to the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English language skills.
• Able to provide accurate interpretation.
• Good understanding of Deaf culture.
• Thorough knowledge of NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Three to five years of interpreting experience (preferred).
• State licensure or credentials if applicable.
• You must be 18 years or older to apply.

• Provide effective onsite interpreting for consumers.
