Job summary

Via Logic LLC is seeking ELS Engineers to support U.S. Customs and Border Protection cybersecurity operations. Positions range from Junior to Senior, with onsite work primarily at a government site in Ashburn, VA.

Qualifications

Experience in enterprise logging, SIEM administration, or security engineering.
Ability to configure, maintain, or troubleshoot log collection infrastructure.
Understanding of logs movement from source to centralized platform.
Ability to investigate issues involving data feeds, connectivity, or performance.
Familiarity with log parsing, dashboards, and security monitoring content.

Responsibilities

Maintain enterprise log collection infrastructure and ensure health of ELS and SIEM platforms.
Configure, onboard, and maintain log sources for security monitoring across environments.
Troubleshoot log collection, processing, and ingestion issues.
Develop, test, and maintain log parsers and correlation rules.
Create dashboards supporting security monitoring and audit reporting.
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement changes.
