Job summary

Felton Institute is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support the Early Intervention Team, serving birth to 6-year-olds in the Felton ECE Programs. The role requires CA licensure and ASHA CCC; bilingual Spanish/English is preferred. You will work onsite with families, staff, and educators to support communication development.

Salary range $100,000–$115,000 annually (DOE). Benefits include fully-paid medical and dental plans, a health reimbursement card, PTO, and a 403B with company match.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or communicative disorders.
• Licensed to practice speech-language pathology in California.
• ASHA Certification (CCC) or CFY in progress.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate and treat children birth to 6 years old.
• Maintain a billable caseload of 22–25 hours per week.
• Write evaluation, treatment, and progress reports.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; share with families and teams.
• Provide direct therapy to children with communication delays.
