Guidehouse is seeking an HR Program Analyst to provide onsite operational and project management support for our DARPA client in Arlington, VA. The role requires coordinating documents, supporting leadership, and delivering timely, high‑quality results.

Candidates should have an active secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and at least three years of program administrative experience, including writing and editing documents, coordinating with senior leaders, and managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET security clearance (Federal or DoD).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting senior level leadership (SES).
• Experience with technical writing, editing, and product development.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite operational and project management support for DARPA client.
• Coordinate documentation packages and leave slips, ensuring timely submission.
• Identify agency needs and support short-term to long-term project outcomes.
• Develop clear guidelines for data calls and synthesize information into high-quality products.
