Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and answer questions about bath, shower, and wall surround options.
• Schedule free in-home consultations for product options.
• Represent the brand with energy, professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
• Educate, persuade, and close with a 40% conversion average.
