Radiant, an El Segundo, CA-based company, seeks an AP Manager to own end-to-end accounts payable operations. The role handles 800-1,300 invoices monthly across QuickBooks, ION, and Ramp with no automatic integration, building scalable controls as the company scales from prototype to production.

You will partner with Supply Chain and Finance on cash management, procurement workflows, and ERP implementation planning, while ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience with 2+ years in a senior/lead role.
• Experience processing 500+ invoices per month in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with AP automation tools and ERP systems.
• Strong three-way match, GL coding, and month-end close knowledge.
• Experience with 1099 reporting and tax compliance; supports audits.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounts payable operations and ensure timely payments.
• Process 800-1,300 invoices monthly across multiple systems.
• Build scalable AP infrastructure and document policies and controls.
• Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain and Finance on processes.
• Lead ERP readiness, data migration, and system enhancements.
