Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience in manufacturing or fast-paced settings preferred.
• SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process over 100 high-volume invoices daily with accuracy and speed.
• Perform 3-way invoice matching and reconcile vendor statements.
• Support timely vendor payments and month‑end close activities.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready finance records.
