Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a proactive Ancillary Services Manager to optimize services across multifamily properties onsite in Richardson, TX. You will drive revenue, manage vendor relationships, and ensure high resident satisfaction through program oversight and data-driven decision making.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in property management or related fields, strong budgeting and communication skills, and experience with Yardi or RealPage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in property management, multifamily services, or a related industry.
• Proven track record of managing ancillary services, vendor relationships, and service-oriented programs.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue generation background.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, vendors, and teams.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize ancillary services across multifamily properties to boost satisfaction and revenue.
• Collaborate with property management teams to integrate services with core operations.
• Develop protocols for system changes, updates, and compliance with policies and audits.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and conduct performance evaluations to ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead process improvement projects and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Provide training and support to staff on ancillary services and best practices.
