Harbor Group Management is seeking an experienced Ancillary Services Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ancillary services across our multifamily properties. The role focuses on improving resident satisfaction, increasing revenue, and ensuring compliant, high-quality service delivery at our corporate offices in Richardson, TX or Norfolk, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/real estate related field.
• 3+ years in property management or multifamily services preferred.
• Certifications such as CAM/ CPM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage ancillary services programs and partnerships across properties.
• Develop and enforce protocols for system changes and vendor management to ensure compliance.
• Drive revenue growth and monitor budgets for profitability of services.
• Engage residents through clear communication and high-quality service delivery.
• Prepare reports on performance and financial impact of ancillary services.
