Collabera in Orlando, FL is seeking an Entry-Level AML / Transaction Monitoring Analyst to join a 12-month onsite program at Lake Nona. The role begins January 11, 2027, with four weeks of paid online training prior to project work.

During training you will complete AML and data training, then support Retail AML and transaction monitoring activities. You will review data across systems, assist with investigations, and contribute to SOPs and process documentation on a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review information accurately.

Responsabilités

• Support Retail AML and Transaction Monitoring activities after training.
• Review and analyze data across systems to identify and validate information.
• Assist with transaction monitoring, data validation, investigations, controls testing, and related activities.
• Coordinate with team members across locations using virtual tools.
• Review information for accuracy, completeness and formatting.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and KPIs; prioritize tasks effectively.
