Job summary

Collabera seeks a contractor in Orlando to provide robust support to internal and external clients, coordinating with global teams and ensuring seamless project delivery. The role includes planning, task execution, and KPI-driven data reviews to manage regulatory risk.

You will contribute to SOPs and training, maintaining a professional and respectful work environment. The position starts with 12 months duration, paid 4 weeks training, and a $20-24/hr pay rate, with opportunities for extension

Qualifications

• Experience preferred within one of our primary areas: financial services, retail banking, controls testing, project management, data validation, grants management.
• Intermediate proficiency with Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills with ability to analyze reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust support to internal and external clients across geographic locations using virtual tools.
• Assist in planning and execution of project tasks, coordinating meetings and maintaining deliverable schedules.
• Support data review across multiple systems and maintain regulatory risk compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of policies to meet KPIs and generate AI use cases to improve quality.
• Handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and contribute to SOPs and training initiatives.
• Act with integrity and professionalism to uphold a respectful work environment.
