Job summary

Accommodations Plus International is seeking an Airline Support Specialist to work onsite at our airline partner's office. You will process hotel and ground transportation requests and maintain professional service for valued customers.

The role requires a flexible Tue–Sat schedule with evenings and weekends as needed, and proficiency with reservation systems (ACES, Hotel Express, IHRS). Experience in travel or airline services is a plus, with bilingual Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service background is a plus.
• Ability to work a Tue–Sat schedule including evenings.
• Airline/hotel/travel reservations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site liaison with the airline partner, providing support, guidance and training.
• Process client requests through the API Operations system with prompt, well-informed responses.
• Follow-up on all client requests to ensure client satisfaction is achieved.
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best outcome for the client and API.
• Use reservation systems (ACES, Hotel Express, IHRS) to track and resolve client needs.
• Adapt to irregular operations and be on-call when needed outside normal hours.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of API call center methodologies and systems.
• Complete API Operations Agent Training and annual recurrent training.
