Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Dedicated Airline Technical Representative to provide on-site technical support for airline customers in Tulsa and Dallas. The role focuses on mechanical and avionics/electrical systems, requiring extensive experience in airline maintenance engineering and customer-facing support.

The candidate will work 100% on-site at client facilities, reporting to the Senior Field Service Manager, with travel up to 15% and potential after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years’ customer-facing support experience.
• Airline maintenance engineering experience is required.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems and troubleshooting is essential.
• Experience with mechanical and avionics systems is required.
• A&P license is desirable.
• High School Diploma or GED or valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for technical issues related to Honeywell Aerospace mechanical and avionics/electrical products and systems.
• Provide on-site field service support at client locations in Tulsa and Dallas.
• Troubleshoot and assist airline customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and collaborate across internal functions.
• Report imminent AOG and significant issues to ATS.
• Develop strong relationships with airline maintenance and engineering staff and OEMs.
