Job summary

Cindavi is seeking an environmental supervisor to take over the air side of our compliance program on a permanent, fully onsite plant team. The role follows a current environmental engineer moving up, and you’ll own air reporting and compliance from day one while supporting water and radiation responsibilities.

You will collaborate with plant departments on equipment, reporting accuracy, and corrective actions, and help cross-train the team so everyone can cover both air and water

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant plant experience, including at least two years completing air compliance data and reporting for TCEQ.
• Experience in a refinery, chemical plant, or similar manufacturing environment with air emissions responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own our air compliance program: complete TCEQ reporting and compliance data across weekly, monthly, and annual cycles.
• Support water and radiation responsibilities as the team moves toward shared ownership of all environmental areas.
• Work shoulder to shoulder with plant departments on equipment, reporting accuracy, and corrective actions when something goes wrong.
• Bring an owner's eye to a plant that is growing fast, where your compliance work shapes how we operate for years.
