Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Test Room Maintenance Engineer for an on-site role in Fort Worth, TX, supporting AI GPU board testing environments. The role ensures environmental stability and reliable operation of AC/LC cooling systems in a high-tech lab setting.

The successful candidate will monitor temperature and humidity, perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and collaborate with test engineers and facility teams to maximize uptime and testing throughput.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Technology, Mechatronics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years in a similar testing, research, data center, or manufacturing role.
Solid understanding of HVAC principles and environmental control.
Ability to read gauges/meters and monitor environmental parameters.
Willingness to learn AC/LC systems and follow SOPs and safety procedures.
Proficient with basic hand tools and documenting maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

Maintain AI GPU board testing rooms and ensure continuous operation.
Monitor and adjust AC/LC systems to control temperature, humidity, and airflow.
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot environmental control equipment.
Collaborate with test engineering teams to optimize cooling performance.
Diagnose and resolve system alarms and environmental deviations quickly.
Document maintenance activities with logs, records, and reports.
Coordinate with facility teams and vendors to maximize uptime.
