Qualifications

• Experience translating business problems into process improvements across departments.
• Ability to document current- and future-state processes with detailed maps and flow diagrams.
• Proven ability to analyze stakeholder needs and drive changes with teamwork.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools, automation, or analytics to process improvement work.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Glean, Copilot).
• Experience partnering with software, data, or IT teams to implement durable solutions.
• Change management training or certification.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into process improvements and map current- and future-state processes.
• Lead workshops and cross-functional sessions to align stakeholders and standardize processes.
• Evaluate AI, automation, or analytics to deliver quantified business value and implement AI agents and automations.
• Establish baseline metrics and measure cycle time, cost, and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with AI champions and data teams to deploy production-grade solutions.
• Monitor performance, tune prompts, and ensure cost efficiency as usage scales.
• Document solutions and share reusable patterns and templates across the team.
• Contribute to scalable AI frameworks and drive accountability across teams.
