Job summary

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Operations Research, or related field.
• Experience with AI tools and ML concepts, with predictive modeling or AI solution development preferred.
• Experience analyzing data using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, or logistics, with familiarity in optimization techniques or simulation modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze UDC operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities across inventory, labor, quality, safety, capacity, and service.
• Apply AI, predictive modeling, and optimization methods to improve inventory flow, labor planning, capacity, quality, safety, and service.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools translating data into actionable operational insights.
• Test recommendations with cross-functional teams and help deliver a capstone solution with measurable impact.
