Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering in a production environment.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, Java, Go, or C#. Depth matters more than breadth.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and long‑term maintainability.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL; knowledge of at least one NoSQL store (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB).
• APIs & integration: RESTful APIs; service contracts and integration docs.
• Testing: unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests for robust software.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, GCP, or Azure; Docker; CI/CD pipelines; basic infra practices.
• Version control: Strong Git workflow, PRs, and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable software systems and APIs that serve real users in production.
• Write clean, well‑structured code with unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
• Architect and optimize relational and NoSQL databases for performance and reliability.
• Conduct meaningful code reviews to improve quality and share knowledge.
