Job summary

OneTrack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with clients across North America, turning ambiguous problems into deployed AI solutions. You’ll learn client workflows, integrate ERP/WMS data, validate logic, and ship dashboards and applications that become part of daily operations.

You will collaborate with IT, operations, and analytics teams, translating business needs into reliable, scalable deployments and educating client staff to extend capabilities beyond initial use cases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering or technical deployment experience with customers.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams on site to learn workflows and define deployment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Connect ERP, warehouse, and labor systems; resolve data quality issues and inconsistencies.
• Capture client terminology and translate calculations into tested procedures for repeatable results.
• Build dashboards, apps, and automated analyses using AiOn tools and code as needed.
• Collaborate with hardware teams when sensor data enhances use cases.
• Define access controls, ownership, and data context for deployments across sites.
• Train client champions and help them build additional use cases.
• Share field learnings to improve product and deployments across clients.
