Job summary

You will collaborate with assembly operators, shop floor leads, production supervisors, industrial and design engineers, and QA teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of relevant experience, HS Diploma or AA/AS, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical process documentation for production personnel to build high-quality products efficiently.
• Support adherence to Change Control Board processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate technical accuracy and completeness.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to standardize documentation practices.
• Maintain consistency in format, terminology, and document structure.
• Provide technical support to engineers on a variety of tasks.
