RTX in Middletown, CT is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to perform dimensional and visual inspections on parts, tools, and equipment following established procedures. You will interpret drawings, use vernier calipers, height gauges and other precision instruments, record measurements and determine conformance or need for rework.

Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure quality standards and compliance with the contract.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience.
• Experience reading drawings and using precision measuring tools.
• Ability to perform arithmetic with decimals and fractions.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect parts using written procedures to verify dimensions.
• Use measuring instruments to check and record results.
• Identify nonconformances and refer for rework or quality review.
• Support quality assurance programs and SPC.
