Job summary

PacSci EMC in Chandler, AZ seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to lead quality across aerospace programs, interfacing with customers and internal teams to own issues end-to-end. You will ensure compliance with design intent and contractual commitments while supporting manufacturing and supplier quality activities.

The role requires 3+ years in aerospace quality, AS9100 knowledge, and expertise in root-cause analysis, CAPA, and GA T tools, with Lean Six Sigma experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on aerospace quality engineering experience.
• Experience with AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems preferred.
• Proven root cause analysis and CAPA execution.

Responsibilities

• Own quality performance for assigned programs and act as primary QA interface.
• Review requirements and ensure alignment with design intent and contracts.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement and Supplier Quality.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support FAIs (AS9102) and supplier quality flow-downs.
