Job summary

RTX’s Military Repair Engineering Group in Oklahoma City is offering an internship focused on repair design, program management, tool design/development, and source demonstration for Pratt & Whitney military engines. You will plan, execute, and track repair activities domestically and internationally within a cross-functional ASE team.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
Experience reading and communicating engineering part and tool drawing requirements.

Responsibilities

Execute assigned tasks to meet schedule requirements.
Research operating environments and functionality of components to develop repair strategies.
Create technical documents that define engineering requirements for repairs.
Collaborate with Repair Design Engineers and engage in repair process audits as needed.
Lead or participate in weekly status reviews to communicate progress and risks.
Support prototyping and qualification of new repairs and tooling.
