Ascent Aerospace seeks an Installation Project Manager to lead field installation teams and ensure on-site success for complex aerospace equipment projects. The role requires coordinating cross-functional resources, schedules, and budgets with customers and vendors to meet quality and profitability targets.

The ideal candidate will have a engineering degree and 5+ years in mechanical/electrical project installation, with ITAR compliance awareness. Travel to customer sites is frequent.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years of mechanical and electrical project installation experience.
• U.S. Person required for ITAR compliance.

Mansioni

• Directs teams of mechanics, engineers, electricians, and vendors to install, service, and repair equipment.
• Oversees on-site schedules, budgets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Leads daily/weekly reviews with stakeholders to monitor progress.
• Coordinates installation plans, resources, and safety compliance.
