Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in the Connecticut facility is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for the Composites Value Stream. You will lead a matrixed team of Account Specialists and Buyers, resolve escalations with Quality, Planning and Engineering, and ensure timely delivery of parts to production while meeting quality and contract requirements.

This onsite role requires a bachelor's degree or higher, 10 years of experience (or advanced degree with 7 years), SAP knowledge, and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in operations, planning, supply chain, business or related field with 10 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years of experience.
• Working knowledge in SAP.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a matrixed team of Account Specialists and Buyers.
• Support escalations from Composite suppliers with cross-functional support.
• Foster CORE operation system usage and ensure uninterrupted flow of parts to production.
• Meet quality, delivery, and contractual requirements.
• Travel requirements vary between 10-25% annually.
