• Set up and assemble parts.
• Demonstrate proper use of hand and machine tools.
• Read and follow procedures, routing and work instructions.
• Maintain quality standards with no defects.
• Ensure parts meet customer deadlines and expectations.
• Stay in compliance with quality systems.
• Participate in cost reductions and continuous improvement events.
• Participate in audits.
• Acquire applicable skills/certifications as required.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Report progress to lead or supervisor with updates on failures.
