SWJ Technology is seeking a Support Specialist for an automotive client in Spartanburg, SC. This on-site contractor role supports a manufacturing facility with administrative and budgeting duties and requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes discretion with confidential information, accuracy in documentation, and collaboration with management to track targets and milestones. Start January 2027 for 1 year with extension options.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in administrative support or related procedures.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on needs.
• Intermediate German language skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and coordinate administrative tasks including document management and file maintenance.
• Prepare agendas, notices, minutes, and documentation for regular management meetings.
• Support budget administration, travel, expense reports, and records retention.
• Coordinate workshops, meetings, and departmental events.
• Maintain departmental web pages and internal information systems.
• Manage time administration activities for management personnel.
• Create purchase orders and process invoices for Accounts Payable.
• Monitor budget variances and forecast reports; inform management of deviations.
• Update target and status tracking systems for the department.
• Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and coordinate video conferences.
• Assist with special projects and confidential information handling.
