Hadrian is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer for their facility in Texarkana. You will oversee additive manufacturing operations across polymer and metal components, ensuring build success and compliance.

This role requires troubleshooting of production issues onsite and developing clear work instructions. Candidates should possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and have experience in additive manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in additive manufacturing, process or manufacturing engineering.
• Direct hands-on experience with LPBF and/or FDM systems.
• Ability to write clear work instructions and set process standards.

Responsibilities

• Be the boots on the ground for the AM machines onsite.
• Own build success for both polymer and metal components.
• Troubleshoot build failures and production issues onsite.
