CFS in Timonium, MD is seeking an Accounting & Payroll Coordinator to join a stable, family-owned real estate developer, owner, and manager. The role reports to the CFO/COO and blends payroll, accounting support, HR administration, and Yardi Voyager management in a highly visible capacity.

The position offers a base salary of $70,000-$90,000, extensive cross-functional exposure, and strong health insurance and 401(k) benefits, with training and long-term growth into accounting leadership.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or equivalent experience.
• Payroll processing experience.
• Real estate, property management, or multi-entity accounting experience.
• Yardi Voyager experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• HR/Benefits administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for approximately 50 employees.
• Manage payroll allocations across multiple entities and properties.
• Administer and support Yardi Voyager reporting and workflows.
• Partner with leadership on benefits administration, 401(k), and employee records.
• Assist with budgeting, reconciliations, tax workpapers, and accounting support.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
