• Provide students with basic direction, instruction and assistance in designated areas of instruction.
• Motivate and counsel students in behavior, career and academic training, or study habits.
• Coordinate with team to resolve issues affecting student training.
• Develop and prepare lessons; recommend curricula changes and materials.
• Participate in student performance evaluations and maintain documentation.
• Administer and correct tests and maintain progress and attendance reports.
• Ensure safety practices and warehouse/center safety compliance.
