Job summary

Savvas Learning Company is seeking an onsite Per Diem Educational Consultant for grades 9–12 Math, to deliver core content, intervention, and professional development. You will support districts with change in practice, and provide job-embedded services to teachers and leaders.

Candidates should have 5+ years as a high school math teacher and demonstrate experience coaching teachers, differentiating instruction, and using Savvas products to drive classroom impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MA preferred.
• Experience offering workshops/coaching to teachers.
• Experience with classroom-based technology integration.
• Experience with differentiated instruction.
• Five years as a 9-12 Math educator.
• Strong collaboration and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of standards-based reform, curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Ability to plan strategically with and coach school leaders.

Responsibilities

• Implement classroom components and resources in the program.
• Deliver job-embedded coaching and modeling to teachers.
• Observe practices after professional development and provide feedback.
• Use two dashboards in the product for data-based decision making.
• Provide onsite administrative support and coaching to school leaders.
• Facilitate training and provide ongoing communication with district leaders.
